3 rounds of interviews, 5 interviews total. Initial 1/2 hour phone call, then four 30 minute video interviews with various members of the recruiting team -
The interviewer who held my initial phone interview also was my fourth video interview. Interviewers all gave a brief overview of the job before about 20 minutes of questions, and always left about 10 minutes for questions, which felt like an eternity since I maybe had one question and it was answered by the second or third interview, but I understand why they did it.
All the interviewers were energetic and seemed like they enjoyed their job and the company itself. It seemed like they didn't always communicate between each other, because 4 out of the 5 interviews asked the exact same question on organization.
They sent me an email saying they decided to go with someone with more experience, which I didn't mind but sucks after the commitment the interview process required. I also did not like that they said they would keep me in mind for other positions in the rejection email because it did not come off as genuine, only trying to sound nice/giving false hope.
