This company as a whole is completely in disarray. As a recent spinoff from Johnson & Johnson, Kenvue needs SERIOUS help in terms of organization and leadership. Here is what I want to tell you before applying with this company: do NOT apply for this LDP if you haven’t interned with them before. This LDP took me to the final rounds with 3 45-minute interviews AFTER 3 different calls with other employees. Strenuous interview process. My “interview prep buddy” kindly informed me that I was the best person she had interviewed after the 2 out of 6 interviews I had. As you can guess, I did not receive an offer. The people that DID receive an offer into the LDP program…former interns of J&J/Kenvue. Twisted company that lets employees go every 3-4 months. Unstable and switches out leadership every 1-3 years. Take it from me and my experience, do not apply for this LDP unless you have interned at Kenvue/Johnson & Johnson prior. You do not want to work for this company, unless you like being miserable.
