Applied for this position. *3 minutes later: received email confirming receipt of my application and a note that they anticipate the review process starting "this week" **1 minutes later: received rejection email noting "you did not meet the qualifications and/or requirements" ***10 minutes later: received EEO survey for the position I was rejected for 10 minutes earlier. Please do better, Kentro TA team. This is a bad look for your team and it's a bad look for your company. Especially during a time when so many recruiters are claiming they do not use AI to make hiring decisions. At the very least, please align your internal workflows so when your ATS system pre-screens and auto-rejects candidates, those candidates don't receive follow up application requests after the dreaded news.
