Interview
Straight forward & smooth process, I had my CV screened, then sent over to Kennedys who then had a member of HR telephone me to see if I would be a good fit for the role which was then followed by a face to face interview with 2 hiring managers. They cancelled the interviews they had for that week and offered me the position on the same day!
It was a Streamlined process, based in a private and quiet location. I was made to feel at ease with a warm welcome and professional approach. Overall a good experience.
Quick and painful. There was a certain amount of small talk followed by lovely tea. I enjoyed the view from the office window as we chattered away one beautiful summer's day.

Initial Interview was via telephone with the Office Manager. (Pre-Covid) - Second Interview is in person, at location, with the Office Manager. (Pre-Covid) - Third Interview was with the Partners, via Zoom (Pandemic).
