Honestly, the process is super chill and conversational. They just want to get to know you, your background, and how you’d fit in. Nothing stiff—more like a friendly chat. You’ll get both behavioral and technical questions, with some time to ask about the firm’s culture and opportunities. The final stage may include a partner or director interview before an offer decision is made.
I applied online. I interviewed at KenCrest in Jan 2025
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with the talent manager, which was structured conversationally, with questions asked throughout. The process felt straightforward and went well, and I was informed my information would be passed to the hiring team. However, two days later, I received an email stating the position had been filled. It felt like a waste of time, as it seemed they may have already had a candidate.
