Got denied immediately before interview for my background that I disclosed to them. Then I guess they had a change of heart after me telling them how old it was (6+ years) and I had an interview for the next day. They sold me a lie that I'd have a 2nd interview the following 2 weeks to come but I did not even get a call back. I emailed them and they opened them but never replied. They hired 3 girls during the 2 weeks I was supposed to get a 2nd interview.
