Interview was a phone interview first with the TA specialist, proceeded by a teams interview with the hiring manager. After that was one final teams interview with the hiring managers manager. Process was quick and easy.

If they were to run into my current manager and they asked the manager what you’re good at and what you need to improve upon. What would they say?
"I think the interview went well overall. The conversation felt engaging, and I was able to clearly explain my experience and skills. The interviewer seemed interested in my responses, and we had a good discussion about the role and company culture. There were a few challenging questions, but I believe I handled them well. Overall, I left with a positive impression and feel confident about my performance.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial screening, an interview with a recruiting manager, and a final interview with VP of Recruiting, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kelly Services (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview was overall easy and very informative. I enjoyed speaking with their Hiring department. The only cause for concern would be that it did take some time to schedule the interview.
