This is an easy process if you have proven skills. Otherwise they will require you go to into a room and take tests. Word, Outlook, Excel. Once they have your skill level the next step they send you jobs for your consideration. If the employer is interested a 1:1 is set up and your background check is processed.

During the covid-19 pandemic my job interview was remotely through Microsoft teams. Excellent and smart way of communication. Moving forward if I ever need to interview again I would definitely request remotely

I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.
They ask pretty basic interview questions.
