When I saw the posting online, I spoke with HR (Taylor Straub) on the phone. Kelley Automotive was very accommodating and set up a FaceTime interview (due to distance), and then I subsequently met in-person with Jim Kelley and James Yoder for a second interview.
The only reason I did not accept the position was due to receiving another offer. If I would ever transition to that area, I would not hesitate to do business with them/be employed with them. Their level of professionalism is highly impressive and they have an upstanding reputation in the area.
