I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them

Interview
With a specific team, I had 5 interviews when I first started but interview process changed over the years and has drop to 3-4. Sometimes less. It starts with our hiring manager to go over conventional interview questions and then also deep dives in their personal, business and financial goals to make sure they align with the team. Strong goals typically make strong candidates.
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
