There was not really a formal interview process. I was brought into the office and met with the office manager. We had a brief conversation about my goals and aspirations in the business and then she had me sign papers to join the company. They will hire pretty much any one
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
