Called and made appointment with Team Leader. Learned a bit about their benefits, no questions about me. You are interviewing them. However, do be sure to ask the questions that are important to you, even if you have to interrupt in order to do so. Most brokerages are really selling themselves, so it is up to you to get the information you need and toss the rest.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
