Panel and Behavior based. No presentation was required and each panel member had at least two questions a piece to ask. You were then given a confidential rating and at the completion of your interview the panel would debrief to add up the ratings and to rank the interviewee

Interview
Multiple skype/online interviews (3 rounds in total) on a local and regional level. Mainly competency-based questions and questions around previous professional experience (e.g. experience with SAP). Very professional overall.
