Kela interview questions

One round of interviews with two interviewers (department chief and team leader). Mostly questions regarding personality fit, as well as drive and motivation for the team's responsibility area. For the in-house legal position, also co-operation skills and ability to work cross-department was highlighted and asked about in the interview.
