I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keepers Staffing (Washington, DC) in Apr 2018
Interview
I had initially applied for a position they listed online for an administrative assistant position near where I lived, thinking it was a standard listing. I was contacted the following business day and they set up an in-person interview for later that week, before which I was requested to finish a few online tests for typing speed, proficiency with MS Word & Excel, and then a general "administrative assistant" quiz.
When I attended the interview later that week, I discovered it was actually a recruitment pitch for their temp agency instead of for a direct position. The interviewer reviewed my test scores and gave me a low base rate for pay, and then covered their general rules for their associates to work in client offices. I was immediately accepted into their talent pool, and had to return the following business day to fill out paperwork for taxes and payroll as well as write up a short personality profile and fill out a formatted resume template that they would use to send to clients.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keepers Staffing (Silver Spring, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was at a newer site so it was a little congusing getting in. The paper application kind of bothered me because of the information asked. The staff was extremely friendly and informative the entire process went smoothly. Not sure how many contracts they have because they're a newer staffing agency.
