I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (Warsaw, Masovia) in Aug 2010
Interview
First there's a test that checks your knowledge of the company, math skills and general business knowledge. Many people fail this test. Next there are 3 interviews - in my case with an Associate, Manager and Partner. One interview was a riddle and a back-of-the-envelope question. The other two were case studies, the hardest one was from the Associate. The interview process was fast and interviews were pleasant. Unfortunately they don't employ BAs. I had to complete and internship and another round of interviews at the end of the internship. In this case there were 2 case interviews with behavioral questions.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (Ciudad de Mexico) in Sept 2025
Interview

Question 1
Business cases en la primer ronda (en su mayoria son de market sizing)
That was the weirdest interview process known to man, they call me up first
and give me a mini case, was a weird one too similar to the classic how many ping pong balls can fit an airplane. That was a pre-round.
First round was with someone whom I think never did a case interview, he gave me a whole case with 3 different questions upfront, each of these questions required me to do a mini framework for each, at that point tbh we both didn’t know what we were doing. Lol.
But the hr is something for sure! My first round was literally in the midst of ramadans Maghreb athan , naturally I wondered if I was still considered for a second round, no response was given but people were being hired for an intern role as seen by LinkedIn.
I’m assuming what happened is they overestimated their need for interns for the rowaad program and then just decided to ghost candidates as that seems to be in par with my friends experiences.
