Screening du CV puis passage de test psycho technique ( type GMAT ). Les tests ne sont pas évidents et doivent être réalisés à une vitesse soutenue. Ensuite plusieurs entretiens classiques type conseil en strat avec Fit et Case.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
