Honestly the worst process I’ve been through. The people they chose to interview were almost all diverse US citizens or women at my school. Fine, great, but then when you go to interview it’s all white dominating males and they won’t even let you in anyway so there was no point in screening like that. A principal did my behavioral who just berated my entire resume. Compared to the processes I went through at Parthenon and McKinsey which were very proper, I was shocked. I won’t even go into the case. Basically this place values engineer heavy white males and they will never make MBB tier with the way they are running. I’m happy to be going to a firm that values diversity, shows it up front, compensates better, and does not berate you and your experiences. Terrible experience and I’m glad I went through it to realize.

Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.
