Kc Pallets interview questions

I applied to their online job post and received a response to set up an in-person interview. There were some things that jumped out as red flags to me. I noticed multiple strong mentions of religion about this company online and on their website, and this was echoed by what I saw in the office. It has been my experience that individuals/companies who go out of their way to show you how good and religious they are, typically are not and are using that as a deceptive cover to try to get them to look honest and trustworthy. I noticed the workstations and office had expensive looking furniture that appeared to be purchased for aesthetics over function. The desks were terrible from a productivity standpoint, and each desk only handle a single monitor. The person I interviewed with was glued to her phone during the entire interview. On several occasions she had to stop the interview to respond to texts from the owner or leave to take calls from the owner. This is another very serious red flag. This is behavior commonly seen of a demanding control freak owner. I was told the next interview would be with the next person up the chain. I was told I would receive a call soon to schedule the next interview. There was no response after that.
