Interview
A pretty complete process including interviews with the other exec team members and the board members from Vista Equity. Initial interviews were via video con and then onsite interviews. Vista requires IQ and Personality tests - make sure you study for the IQ test.

Interview
Interviewed with the CEO and Board in the first round, and then peers and marketing team in the second. Given I was at previous Vista company, I didn't have to take the CCAT, but I had to pass a drug test after an offer was made and accepted.
