It was rigorous. They follow a very long procedure. Phone interview, aptitude test, audiobook presentation, seven days of assessment, again presentation, then final interview. It took more than a month to complete the whole procedure.

After applying, the first one was over the phone interview. Then Written exam and computer test. Then another interview and if passed, 7 day long training. After all these steps, then comes the final interview.
