There was an IQ Test followed by a technical test. The technical test basically checked your excel skills which are fairly relevant to the job. If passed, you qualify for interviews. There are 3 interviews, one followed by another. The first interview is taken by the department head. Second interview is taken by the country manager. The last one by Managing Director.
