Screened by initial HR rep… she was super lovely and polite, followed up immediately with good communications. Next, interview with interim VP of Marketing went the full hour. He was nice, casual conversation. Finally, interview with the same gentleman and his head of partnerships (this interview I needed to bring a completed assignment to and present it). Once again, went the full hour, although there was no time for me to ask questions at the end. Overall it was an okay process, but I am writing this review because after being told I would hear back with a decision the day following my interview, it has been 3 weeks since said interview and I have been ghosted (even after an email follow up and LinkedIn message checking in on the verdict). Hiring managers, if you’re going to interview someone and involve them in the time committed (especially asking them to prepare an assignment ahead of time), have the decency to follow up with them post-interview and give closure. We are all adults, and we can handle rejection. Be better.
