I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Katalyst Group (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Started with a call, then video call, and then an onsite meting the entire team, but I did not hear back for weeks (even after providing 3 references). I followed up with the hiring manager but did not hear back so I had to ask an employee to get an answer.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Katalyst Group
Interview
My interview process began with a phone call from one of the associates on the team, during which she asked about my general interest in the role, my most recent experience, and what my goals were. The call was short, maybe 30 minutes. Because I lived close to the office, my follow-up interview happened in-person.
My in-person interview was very conversational, not a stiff Q&A you might expect at a more corporate company. The bulk of my time was spent speaking with the Managing Partner and a Partner, but I did speak briefly with one of the research associates there. After an hour and a half or so, the interview was over and I left the office.
After a few weeks' wait, I received notification of an offer.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Katalyst Group (Pacific Palisades, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Had two phone interviews and then an in-person interview. They then gave me a case study, and after I completed it they said I did a great job but that they wanted someone with real experience with recruiting.
