Interview
It was generally about as expected and Kastle communicated well throughout the process. It consisted of three rounds - a phone screen and two rounds of in person interviews. It was refreshing to not get any of the cliche / trick questions that you may normally see in interviews these days!

Background questions (such as "Tell me about your self"); situational questions (such as "tell me about a time"); and technical questions related to the job.
Phone interview, in person interview with manager, HR, then with leaders around the company, followed by a timed excel workbook. Overall gave a pretty good indication of what to expect
