I submitted my resume online via a job board and received a phone call within a couple of days. The phone call was a preliminary phone screening which consisted of very basic questions relevant to the role; no technical questions were asked. I received a phone call roughly a week later to schedule an onsite interview. The first part addressed during the onsite interview was a typing test. The second part was the face to face interview with two men. The overall experience was alright and was focused around work load, technologies, and my expectations. Looking back I can see how vague and loosely spoken certain items were, but, it is what it is.
