Really friendly and casual. Seemed more interested in hiring the right person and personality than actual skillset. Seemed like they were looking for young, moldable professionals they could train into their processes and culture.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The phone interview was more of a screening opportunity. The in-person interview was great. Both interviewers did a great job of making me feel comfortable and encouraging honest answers for the purpose of determining if I would be a good fit. They also did a great job of selling the company to me.
