I was a fresh grad, with only intern experience.
I would say now that Kartuku, despite its size, could really implement amazing recruitment process.
I went through a couple of stages in recruitment process. After I submitted my application via JobStreet, I had a simple phone screening interview. Later on, I got an email invitation to an online programming quiz. It was four questions with different cases and you could program in Java, PHP, C, or C++. This proceed with interview with one/two of its employees, asking my programming background and experience so far. Later on, I got to talk to the HR manager and the CTO as well. It was a great experience, a great ambiance in the office, with super cool pantry and tech-savy facilities.
Got the offer letter but I turned it down since I decided to work overseas. I've been to a lot of interviews after Kartuku, but this one really impressed me. They were professional, cool and exciting, and you're confident, you can be a part of them, too. No surprises when a couple of years from now, when I get back home, I would love to try again.
