I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kapsch
Interview
I submitted my resume and a couple weeks later a recruiter contacted me and we set up a interview. He asked about my resume, as well as if I had any experience with various software and Linux. The recruiter sounded kind of rude, but I ended up getting a in person interview and it was just a overview of my resume and behavioral questions. Nothing technical. I then got a tour of the building. The computers and equipment seemed really old and outdated. Overall the building just seemed depressing. The manager said he would get back to me for either a second interview or let me know if he “found someone better”. He never contacted me again. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kapsch (Houston, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was contacted by the company to do a phone interview. The HR representative I spoke with was extremely rude. His tone was not professional and completely turned me off from this company. Additionally, based on the sup-par reviews I read on this site, I have no desire to work at this company.
