      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaplan in May 2012

      Interview

The process goes like this 1) They call you and interview you about your skills and experiences 2) After the phone call they tell you the hiring manager will also go look at your resume and will call you after a couple of hours of the first phone call 3) If the manager likes what he or she sees then they will do a group group interview 4) The manager emails you the time, place, and location to how to get there 5) You will meet the manager and have a conversation with the manager 6) You will be taken into a room and you take an assessment test 7) The manager comes with the people under him and will do a group interview process including the human resource who first called you 8) They will check your answers then they will go over with it for you to see what you got right or wrong. 9) The interview process will then begin where they ask you questions by going over your resume. They will ask you about your education, experiences and skills 10) After the group interview with the manager and the people under him/her you will have to interview the manager above that manager you just interview 11) After 3 interviews you leave the company you say to yourself that was an intense interview and you hope you get the position 12) Proceed to the waiting game WORK CULTURE I would say it looks very laid back, but people there are working hard and are busy doing there own thing. PEOPLE The people there are nice. I assume it's because the environment of the office is nice. OFFICE The office looks very professional looking. Very clean and makes you want to do work type of office.
