I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaplan (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview was online in three parts. The first two went were practical. You have to be able to show that you can explain the material. First you film yourself and for the second interview you explain it in front of your interviewer who acts as the student. The third interview was more general.
Composed of two parts, an initial review and a screening. The screener was very nice and helpful. I received an offer within two business days after completing my screening interview.

Interview
It was easy. Explaining a concept to an interviewer. Explaining a basic LSAT question and going through it like you would with a student. Mock explanation and running through the answer choices together.

Great experience! Recording of teaching followed by real-time interview. Very straightforward; designed to ensure you can teach clearly and are easy to work with. I enjoyed participating in this interview (and went on to enjoy teaching here).
