I reacted to the Upwork job posting and after answering a couple of basic questions I was asked to take a java test (assignment). The assignment was to create a networking client that connects to the server and executes some specified logic and write tests for it. The requirement was to submit the code within 4 hours while the spec in the code said it could be done in 5h. After sending them the code they never contacted me again.
