O recrutador foi impecável do começo ao final da entrevista.
Deu todas as informações sobre a vaga, sobre a empresa, sobre os desafios, a futura equipa, salário, benefícios, etc.
Além disso, foi extremamente transparente quanto ao feedback, trazendo os pontos fortes e à melhorar.
Foi cordial e solicito.
A entrevista foi "fácil" no sentido de ter sido muito bem conduzida, mas o processo seletivo é bem rigoroso e complexo.

Experiência profissional, experiência de mercado, conhecimento em ferramentas específicas, experiência com equipas internacionais.
Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.
The interview process involved 3–4 rounds, including conversations with HR, the direct manager, and senior leadership. However, the assignment felt overly complex, with expectations that were too high, tedious, and somewhat unrealistic for a candidate assessment.
