The initial interview is simply for confirming your identity and demographic.
First interview with the "future" team colleague is more of situational questions. What would you do if this happens, etc.
Final interview is just confirming your personality by the country's lead.

good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
