Interview
There were 2 rounds.
1) Online aptitude test- 25questions of CAT/CET level difficulty. Questions about LR,DI AND QA. The duration was 45mins.
2) Face to Face technical interview- This interview was at their office and was moderate in difficulty. Questions were about case studies.
Spoke to a member of HR over a ms teams interview to discuss experience, expectations and role duties. it was mild mannered and didn’t seem too fruitful however they did send an offer. Salary was too low for me
In the HR interview, it is important to demonstrate a foundational understanding of marketing, including concepts like branding strategy. Be prepared to offer suggestions on how to enhance branding efforts. Additionally, remember that the HR representative is eager to share valuable insights about the industry.
