Interview
First step is a telephone interview where youre asked to read a short passage from a book. If you past you're invited for a group interview. Begins with a large group of people about 15-20. We had to complete a short written grammar exam and then a listening exam where we listened to a tape and had to answer on a sheet accordingly. After that we were split into two groups and played scenario based games. Here they want to see how outgoing and social you are with people you just met. There will be some debate so make sure youre very persuasive.
It was a video interview that was conducted on Teams. Only one interview was needed. Overall the questions were simple and easy to answer. The interviewer described what the job role would be and introduced themself. The whole vibe of the interview was simple
