Interview was a working one. My biggest concern was the lack of exotic blood machines. When I asked about it I was told " we usually do not do it and it's hard to interpret"

Met with the manager, went over the job responsibilities, got a tour of the clinic and went over my strengths and weaknesses. Interview took about 30 min then I got to the "working interview" portion where I got to sit with the employees and watch them work during a busy time of the day.
