It was a fairly intense interview. The partners indicated that people frequently are hired and then leave because they don't have the necessary work ethic, so they wanted to be "up front" with how much work would be required from associates. Otherwise, the interview was fairly standard. 2 or 3 attorney panels at a time. Entire process lasted about 4 hours. Just wanted to get to know the applicant.

Very positive. Met different people in different rounds. The office is nice. They ask you routine questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. People are intelligent and friendly. Overall good experience.
