I applied online, was called soon after, had one initial interview with the person in charge of shipping/receiving, then an interview with the head of the company the next day, and started working the day after that. The interview had no tests or paperwork, just sit down and talk one on one for about 15 minutes.

Asked about experience in being able to sort and keep track of products with similar names. For example, Kan Herbal has two different lines with a product called Rehmannia Eight that cannot get mixed up, and an entire line of products starting with the word "Jade."
