Had a highly negative like a disaster interview experience. The interviewer, whose role was unclear, was dismissive and disrespectful. He frequently interrupted, questioned my qualifications, and doubted my internship experiences. The job description mismatched the interview discussion; it advertised for a mechanical engineer, yet my design experience was dismissed. The interviewer seemed to expect technicians, not engineering problem-solving skills. This experience reflects poorly on the company culture. If you're a mechanic, you can go ahead and flex your muscles. If you are an engineer, just run
