Interview
The interviews were nicely split in HR, technical, and psychological. This way, the process is fairly facile and straightforward because the complexity increases after each interview and you get enough time with each of the interviewers

Question 1
Design an application that handles millions of requests containing a number, calculate the sum of all numbers and expose an endpoint which returns the sum.

Interview
I was a developer with 10 years exp.
During the technical interview, I was asked to discuss a system that I have developed that has services talking to each other.
Then followed by two code reviews that I had to do on a code sample they gave us. Code samples had issues with basic control flow, encapsulation, concurrency, database transactions, etc.
Not a very difficult interview if you have done Java for some time, and the interviewers were very friendly and helpful as well.
