The process was exactly as outlined in the job description.
First, I had an intro call with the Kala team (30 min). This conversation provided a comprehensive overview of the company and the role. It was also a great opportunity for me to share more about my background, demonstrate why I was a good fit for the position, and discuss my expected salary range.
Next was the Home assessment. I participated in a short simulated customer call, designed to evaluate my communication style, phone presence, and how I handle real client scenarios. It felt like a practical way to showcase my skills.
Then, I completed an interview with HR (30 min). This session focused on culture fit, my communication approach, and how well I aligned with the role’s requirements. The HR team was very welcoming and thorough in their questions.
Following that, I had an interview with the Leadership Team. This was the final step, where we discussed the specifics of the role and ensured mutual alignment on expectations and goals. I was also asked how I handle high-rated customers.
Finally, I received an offer. The offer was clear and detailed.
Throughout the process, the recruiter provided transparent information about the job description and explained the next steps if I was successful. The communication was professional, and the tips I received were extremely helpful, making the entire experience smooth and straightforward.
