Kaizen Reporting Lead Python Developer interview questions

Contacted by recruiter I then was invited to a live coding interview with hiring manager and other panel member. They asked me basic python question qnd then we discussed my experience and the role I then was invited to a hr call where we discussed company culture with some basic behavioural questions. After this I was invited to a call with CEO I wasn’t offered the role but they offered me another with lower pay. I declined. I felt quite pressured to move too quick and they where pressuring me to start way too early considering my notice period.
