Initial 1-2-1 online interview
Full Stage Assessment Centre:
- Morning, team round and problem solving
- Half of the candidates leave after lunch
- Afternoon, competency interviews with remaining candidates
Tough assessment centre day but rewarding. Get to meet other great like minded individuals. There are both team rounds and individual rounds which give you a chance to showcase team skills and a chance to shine on your own.
