      Fleet Mechanic Interview

      20 Dec 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Milton, WI
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Transport (Milton, WI) in Apr 2018

      Interview

several interviews and testing for skills related to tires maintenance issues and processes tested for tire mounting and repairs related to trucks and trailers to define the direction I would take to perform the task . The mind set was a little more than expected in a shop as from what I could see the equipment was newer and shouldn't have any major repairs needed.
