This was an initial phone interview. They asked the standard types of questions like "tell me about yourself" and asked about projects that I have worked on and asked if I had any questions about the position. The next step would be doing a case study before the next round interview.
I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
Two interviews in total: one phone call interview and one in-person interview. Everything went smoothly. I had to prepare a presentation for the second interview and did a handwritten SQL test.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (New York, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
Contacted by recruiter and had interview scheduled. On the day of the interview, it was cancelled due to hiring manager never accepted the invite. Hiring manager then reaches out to me directly but without acknowledging the initial cancelled interview. It was as if that mishap never happened. Eventually, I had a 1 hour phone interview with the manager with typical questions that weren't very difficult. Was sent a test to complete later that week. After two weeks, I followed up by sending the hiring manager an email but never got a response. I understand that sometimes they hold off on responding while screening additional candidates. However, it seems that a lot of people have been experiencing this "ghosting" behavior and that is what prompted me to leave this review. I don't mind not getting the position as I do lack the industry experience but a simple reply to my follow up email with "we found another candidate that is a better fit" would have been perfectly fine.
