I have had multiple interviews with Kaiser, but two stand out; one was with an extremely large panel of people (10), and there was absolutely zero diversity. I maintained eye contact with people throughout the interview but there or a few ladies who were laughing And whispering amongst themselves during my interview and I couldn’t understand why. Another interview, the panel of six wouldn’t even show their faces during my virtual interview. It was rather disturbing.

Question 1
One question was handed to me before my interview. It was related to an employee who continually made mistakes and how I would address that specific employee Who had a habit of getting needlesticks.

Interview
Was scheduled for a virtual panel interview I was on camera but NONE of the panel had the courtesy to do the same. I have never had such an experience where the person you’re interviewing with does not present themselves
