I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jun 2010
Interview
From the start, the interviewer was rude. I was asked, " Is this what you want?" Without being told what was being offered, the only answer I could come up with was, "I believe I am well qualified and willing to negotiate for any full time position you may have".
Only then was I told that there were no full time positions available, only PRN with no benefits, but that in 4-6 months time, there may be positions available at other facilities scheduled to open in the new year and that I would be needed then.

Interview
Group interview with 20+, you must stand out to be selected for final one on one interview with managers , I believe about 8 of us got selected. Very intimidating interview, just try your hard best not to be shy and stand out.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
The interview process was supposed to be a group interview with a panel of three interviewers. However, it ended up just being me and the three interviewers. So, my experience was a little bit intimidating.
