They asked about past experience. How you can handle a difficult situation and difficult coworker. They also asked about what machines you worked with. It was an average interview process.
One interview with the lab managers and supervisors. Questions were typical of an interview for a CLS position. Simple process after applying online, was contacted by the lab manager to schedule the interview.
