I Met Lead Tech over the phone. Reviewed resume, and discussed Tech work. Straight forward and basic. They basically wanted to make sure I knew how to do the job.

Interview
Very relaxed. More team based than anything else. It is important to build a good team moving forward as opposed to a very skilled bad team. I have no desire to work elsewhere.
